1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thekatytribute.com and any booking made with Shannon Stevenson's Katy Perry Tribute. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Enquiries & Bookings

• Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed in writing (email) and any required deposit has been received.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking enquiry.

3. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure your date. Deposit amounts will be confirmed at time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the artist cancels the engagement.
• Full balance is typically due no later than 14 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellation by client: If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to the full fee.
• Cancellation by artist: In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and refund any monies paid in full.

5. Performance Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue meets the artist's technical requirements (power, stage space, sound system), which will be provided upon booking confirmation. Failure to meet requirements may affect the performance.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and content on this website are the property of Shannon Stevenson or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shannon Stevenson's Katy Perry Tribute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any booking arrangement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
